These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of 210TECHDESK, a product operated by 210Codelabs ('we', 'us'). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using 210TECHDESK you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you will not:
- Attempt to breach tenant isolation or access data you are not authorized to access
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform
- Use the service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
- Circumvent security, rate limits, or usage controls
4. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per workspace on a recurring basis. During preview, payment processing may be simulated and pricing is indicative. You may change or cancel your plan from the in-app Billing screen.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product evolves.
7. Intellectual property
210TECHDESK, the 210Codelabs marks, and all related software and content are owned by 210Codelabs and protected by applicable laws.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 210Codelabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
